Meet the Williams'
Mike & Pat Williams
Mike (aka-Mikey) Williams was born in
Durant, Oklahoma on May 12th and Pat (aka-Ann) Williams was born in
Cleveland, Ohio on June 27th. We were married on May 26,
1990.
We have been members of
the
GWRRA since 2004. Mikey
has been riding for about 30 years and Pat has been riding for about 20
years. Between the two of us we have owned a Ducati, Honda V65
Sabre, Honda XL 125, 2000 GL 1500 SE, a shared CM250 Honda Custom, and
several four wheelers and dirt bikes.
The primary reason we joined the GWRRA is because we bought our
Goldwing after our children grew up (do they ever grow up?) and we
wanted to meet new friends, have fun and see all the great country that
God has provided for us, so with the help of Junior and Patsy Treat,
HERE WE ARE.
Since joining the chapter, we were Chapter Couple in 2006 and Assistant
Directors from 2005-2007, and now Chapter Directors. We have been
on several trips on our Goldwing, South Padre Island, Texas, Marshall,
Texas, The Wing Ding in Nashville, Tennesse, Honda Hoot in Knoxville,
Tennesse (there is some beautiful rides in Tennesse!!), Gulf Shores,
Alabama, and many, many roads here in Arkansas.
We have raised 3 children, William, Crystal, and Matthew, we have 4
beautiful grandchildren, Makayla, Alberto, Reese (his grandpa dead
out!!) and Jonathan (They are the Greatest).
We have lived in Arkansas most of our lives and the most challenging
thing we have done is raise our children. We love them lots but
they sure can make your hair go gray fast. Our plans for the
future is to retire healthy and be able to ride the beautiful counrty
around us that God has provided for us to enjoy.
